3.3 Hosting Services

Hosting services are subject to our separate hosting agreement and acceptable use policy.

4. Payments & Refunds

All services require payment in advance or according to the payment schedule in your contract. We offer refunds only as specified in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, code, and written materials, remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive rights to use the deliverables as specified in the contract.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To harass, abuse, or harm others
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • To interfere with or circumvent security features

7. Termination
